[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — Car insurance not receiving any confirmation | |||||
I booked the below policy on 8th September 2016. Money has been deducted from my card but the transaction shows unsuccessful. I spoke to the customer care executive who initiated the deal (PW01526 - Ratnesh Kumar) and his boss also to many other. It's almost 2 days and I have no clue whether the policy has been booked or not. Neither I received any email nor message from you. I called almost 8 times yesterday and all went in vain. Order no[protected] Is this how you guys are dealing with your customers? It really sucks. Definitely this would be my last business with you and will spread negative feedback about you.
