Policy Bazaar — Car Insurance with NCB not issued | |||
Name of Complainant : Nagin Sharma I went to policy bazaar website to renew my policy as i found attractive offer here. On 31 Jul 2020 i paid Rs. 4862 for Private Car - zero dep Comprehensive insurance with 50% NCB from policy bazaar . On 31 Jul 2020 afternoon I got a call from policy bazar stating that i have to pay rs . 187 as there was NCB 35% for this year but it was shown 45 %. I paid the money as per the email received. Few days later (8th August 2020) the customer executive told me the video inspection has validity of 24 hours the session has expired I have to upload new video. I was under quarantine period (which was told to the company ) after completing the quarantine period (14 AUGUST 2020) I uploaded the video and received successful message. Later I was told the video was not being played on their end I sent another video 16th august 2020) the response was same. I changed my phone and uploaded the video on 23rd August. Today only I received a message that 90 days grace period is over you have to pay extra if you want your policy. After completion of 90 days of expiring of my policy the company now told me regarding the grace period. I have paid the money on time, even the company's error. Uploaded the video application glitch uploaded another time same thing happened. Now they ask for money at the verge of ending of 90 days grace period. They ask me to take money back at a time where my NCB is over. Was this information helpful? | |||
