I had a Digit Motor insurance policy on my Hyundai Verna car which was sold on 20 Sept 2023 and the same was informed on email dated 28 Sept to your office. I had requested that the same maybe updated in your database.
I had also the attached Purchase agreement and Delivery note.
I had requested not to renew the policy for this car under my name and I shall also not be accountable for the lapse of the said policy.
I have not received any response from your end. On the contrary, i am receiving emails and whatsapp msgs for renewal. Today i spoke to Mr. Mohsin from your company and he was very rude and disconnected the call.
