Policy Bazaar — certified copy of car insurance not received from last one and half months

I have purchased a car insurance policy through policy bazar of new india assurance on 9 jan 2019 but the mistakenly entered the wrong variant in the same. When i raise the query regarding that then they asked me for the rc copy which i have provided on 14 jan 2019 from then till date i don not recieved the rectified copy of car insurance policy and no satisfactory confirmation till when i will recieved the rectified copy only they put the mail and update that there is some technical issue in insurance company and ask for the time of approx 10 days every time and i talk to the claim advisor regarding the claim they told me verbally that your claim may got rejected due to wrong variant on policy and we are not responsible for the same and wait till your policy get rectified
