My name is Bhoopendra kumar Niranjan.I have car insurance in policy bazaar it's CEO:-Yashish Dahiya, CFO:- Alok Bansal, Founder:-Avaneesh Nirjar, Yashish Dahiya, Alok Bansal my Policy No - 211200/31/2018/129964 Vehicle No -UP78DH4572.The accident of my car was in 8 January-18 after which I demanded claim to policy bazaar and all document email in policy bazaar in month of May-18 and hard copy handover to surveyor ( Anil jauhri )which is want by policy bazaar and than May to September i was communicate the customer care Executives ( Mohd Hussan, Mr.Abhishek, Mr.Rraveen Mathur ) on customer care number:[protected] of policy bazaar but my claim not refund in my account and every communication customer care executor say your claim in under process please wait.and customer care executor say My case handle by Anjali Rastogi my claim amount 81000 approx is approve on[protected] and in 10 days is credit in your account.and after 3 days i call again policy bazaar than Executive confirm your claim cancel not approve this is wrong information that your claim approve it's rejected.
