Policy Bazaar — Complaint against Policy Bazaar regards my claim | |||
I resister a spot claim for my car at policybazaar. 13/07/2020 through application. After that I received a call from PolicyBazzar executive for claim process. I given all the details as required by Policy spot claim. After that he asking me about service center at that time I preferred Audi motors, Chirawa, Jhunjhunu. After that I recived the called from executive he told me my claim is rejected. Because of he attached previous year policy so policy company rejected claim due to incomplete documents. And he register new claim with my different no. and processed. Policy Bazaar agreed for cash less process and approved the estimate of repair. Policy Bazaar executive called me and confirmed for for Vehical drop at service centre. When I reached for Vehical drop then service center compeletly denied for release the Vehical on DO base. I called to Spot claim and mentioned the issue with executive he confirmed me to resolve the issue and will go ahead to start the repair process. After wait for long time around two month. I received a call from Firoz he asked about service center. He asked me is preferred service center suggested by policy bazaar or by me. Which is very unprofessional question because this is initial process. And he disconnected the phone. He sent a mail to me to cloase the claim by him. I replied with all the issue of delay which is all occurred by policy bazaar. After that i recived a call from one of new executive and he given me clarification and suggested new service center in Gurgaon (Vipul Motors Pvt. Ltd.). And told me the process. I followed all the process and droped Vehical as suggested after 29 aug2020 on the service center and inform to surveyor or spot claim center for the same. Firoz called me and told me this process will take the time and should not droped the Vehical on service center. I called to surveyor for approval and take on the conference for the same but firoz is not responding and disconnected the phone. Still i am facing the issue against my claim and my car is not repaired till. Policy bazaar is given me inappropriately answer. I have all the email conversation Was this information helpful? | |||
