Policy Bazaar — conversation with customer service representative

Hi, I enquired about a term policy on policy bazar and to get the best idea of plans, I called to customer service. Then I received a call from a representative his name is Tarun, he sits in Gurgaon office. He called me first day and I was busy so I asked me him to call another day. Again he called me on Saturday on 17th Aug . He started describing me the plans and premium amount. But before of this call it was not in condition that I will definitely buy any plan. As per customer service policy what I know that, that his work profile and he has to make the customer understand about plan variants. We were on the call around 30 mnts and I understood the plans how the premium amount calculated. And he was trying to purchase the plan for me on that call but I asked him, I need time to think to decide. From here his questions was many Why's??? Whats the problems, what you not cleared with, why you need time and how many times ??? His questions started from here. But this time his tone was changed to aggressive. After 17 th he called me again on 21th August. Now he was asking me very rudely, Why you wasted my time, why you called to us if you did not had to purchase the plan, what is my benefits if I invested my 1 hr. time behind you, and it was completely inappropriate and a non professional conversation by him. He also suggested me to not to waste the time of anyone if you do not have to purchase anything.

So, my question is here, is this mandatory to purchase a plan from policy bazar representative if someone called to enquire??? Is this written anywhere as a policy that without interest of purchasing plan, no one can call to you?? If such conditions are there then why the representative do not tell in the start of conversation that if I will invest my 30 mnts to you then you will have to purchase a plan from us forcibily. Then we can go ahead on the call after decesion. Is your representative, CEO or anyone in this world did not check anythings price or product in the market without purchase that product. Are we only allowed to check products and prices if only we have to purchase that definitely.

If it is my mistake to call policy bazar.com without giving a business to Tarun then please mention on your portal that if you calling to us then you have to purchase the plan anyhow. Or if it is not my mistake then I want you to provide a feedback to him.

I once inquired on policy bazaar and they took my contact details. After that I a getting a missed call from Policybazaar daily at 6:30 PM ( 15 minutes up or down).
