I have interacted to your customer care executive MR Jitender Kumar on Monday 03/08/2015, regarding renewal of my car insurance which has been expired in May 2015. After filling all the requirements this number was generated MT[protected]. Mr Jitender informed me that inspection person will call me for inspection within 24 hours but no one has called me yet and also I have called to your customer care executives today for 4 times. All the time they have told that Mr Jitender will call me in 2 hrs, but again I have not received any call . Kindly help me on the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
