Policy Bazaar — Delay in medical insurance claim by 10 months

My Father was hospitalized on 3rd of September 2022 and I have opted for health insurance through my office, I informed TPA Policy Bazar on the 5th itself and submiited all the rekavant documents by the 13th September after that company kept asking for another document I couriered them documents thrice in which once they even sent me wrong persons information after which I replied and then it took another 2 weeks for TPA to respond and asked for correct information another charge that hospital had mentioned as administration charges of nearly 13000 TPA wanted breakdown of that we sent that but they again asked for the reason I was so done with it I asked them not pay it and jut proceed with my claim but till date there is no response. I have been chasing and I can literally say I have harassed. Policy bazar, Raksha TPA and Oriental insurance has treated us with utmost disrespect. As a consumer I feel I have made life biggest mistake. I request you to please take action against them and please process my claim and I also raised a grievance but there is no response. The Service provided by Vanshu Harjani, Kunal Sahi, Sajja and Ruchi has been disgraceful. I have been harassed mentally.
