Please refer to my booking id[protected]Application no.[protected]. The policy was cancelled on 28.10.2018 but despite of regular follow up through emails, the refund of rs.12, 604 has not been credited to my bank account.

I would therefore request you to please take necessary action for refund of rs.12, 604 at the earliest.
