Policy Bazaar — I am complaining about the person who is calling for term plan | |||
I requested policy bazaar to suggest some good term plan. Miss priya called me & i was ready to complete all process next morning. But next day when miss priya was not able to answer all queries & she involved one of her colleague, he used some words or remarks which should not be used by any company in customer service eg. What were u doing till date? Why did you not call for the policy earlier? Why you delayed? Etc. The customer service person are not our family members who can ask such questions, there is a way of talking to people if you want to turn them into your customer & people in your organization needs to learn it. If you have recordings kindly play.. Which will help you make your service better & help you to recognize the bad apple in your organization.
