Policy Bazaar — I didn't get my refund back after long escalates

Hi,
I have filled application for a policy with Policy Bazar and paid the respective amount 10, 450/- towards premium. After knowing the terms and conditions one support guy from policy bazar called and showed interest for enrolling into a different vendor policy by making the fake commitment that i will be getting the refund of previous application with in 4-5 business days.

I was supposed to enroll the new policy after getting refund amount but as per the support guy I believed him and enrolled for the new.

I have emailed them many times and found no response from them.

And also they are asking me to check directly with the vendor for the details.

This is not the service that we can expect from Policy Bazar simply they are making fake promises to get their work done. Please help to get this resolve and get my refund back
