Policy Bazaar — Im complaining about not getting my refund

It’s been 2-3 months that I’m trying to get my refund from this policy bazaar but they are only giving me excuses I have spent total of 6270 rupees. I have tweeted them as well @ Policybazaar and @ HDFCLIFE but they are only asking me time
