[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — Incorrect details of Insures on policy document making the policy useless | |||||
I bought a 2 wheeler policy - HDFC ergo, providing accurate details and because of their mistakes, they have entered incorrect details of the vehicle owner on the policy document making it useless for us and they are not ready to rectify it nor we are getting any callbacks from them. It's more than 3 months now. Never their toll free number gets connected nor emails are being responded. When buying policy required details where given to them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
