Hi the customer support executive are very rude to customer, they do not have enend to end knowledge, when we ask about the clarification, she said sales team making fool and selling the policy. Issue I have purchased my policy and I offered for my wife as well she do not have pan card I clearly told them but twice over the call they confirmed it will be done on Aadhaar card and told to visit for medical, I have wasted more than 500rs to visit there and get it done. Now today again same issue a lady called and told without pancard not possible and she told she is taking cancellation request. I got pissed up with all the conversation from last 5-6days told her to cancel both the policy but she changed her words and saying she can't do that u need to send email. Hell policy bazar. Hell service. All idiots are sitting there. They don't call and just send the email they tried calling but number not reachable, where I have full network 24*7. Thank you for hell service.
