Hope you guys are fine in this pandemic era. Today sadly I'm here for one of my concern which really make me very upset because of your representative behavior (sales as well as service).
Here I’m elaborating, please go through it.
Your sales executive Mr. Adil Hasan (PW28289) did my two car policy in which first one creta 1.5Ex diesel is mine and another one swift vxi is for my father in law(Gopal Prasad). Mine policy was perfectly fine, I don’t have any issue in that. But for my father in law policy which I've done by the help of Mr. Adil Hasan(PW28289), he did so many mistakes for example mobile number updated wrongly, insurer Name written wrongly and Insurer address too. I already told to Adil I've old soft copy of insurance please fill from that softcopy but he is very much confident. After mistakes done by him he said I as Adil will correct / fix this issue. Then i send to him in their WhatsApp number “[protected] “ of old insurance soft copy. You can also find the WhatsApp snapshot time was also mentioned. All this happened around 11:00Am, 13th June 2022. After this incident Mr. Adil disappeared. I called him so many times as well as your customer care number. That snaps also I'm attaching here please look into those snaps. Infact your senior customer executive given me wrong statements.
