Policy Bazaar — Money debited but policy not executed

I renewed the two-wheeler policy through PB with reference to the above Order number. I paid it through UPI ID and the money got debited in my account. But the policy is not yet executed and I didn't receive the policy copy from you. Please check and resolve my concern. Thank you.
