On 7th sept. Was my car policy renewal date, so i did my car policy renewal. While processing money got deducted from my account 3 days back till date not received single message or soft copy policy. For same more than 15 times i called call center but every time i was received following fake commitments. 1. 8th sept. Got call from mr. Mandeep - he asked for money deducted message and i was forwarded message on no [protected]. By seeing message he committed that i will get policy within 24 hrs, but this time also policy bazaar failed. 2.9th sept. Morning after 30 min wait somehow call connected to crt team of policy bazaar this time also same commitment i received till 7pm policy will get, but this time i was asked for mail communication and i was received mail but this time also they failed to follow commitment. Now they are saying to wait another 48 hours, this is pathetic. Due irresponsible i am not able to use my car.
