Dear sir/madam,

We had made a payment and booked a policy of bike no. Br-53b-8395 wide payment ref. No.[protected]Ticket id - pb[protected] on 03 aug.2018 but till now we have not received policy of the same. When we try to call customer care toll free no. [protected] then phone do not connect to customer executive.

Please help me out.
