Dear sir, i bought a motor policy from policy bazaar through a policy bazaar partner. The partner code is IP81121.
They login my policy and issued the policy same day. But policy bazaar partner given wrong details about my previous insurance and its expiry.insurer cannot give claim If any claim came in future becuase of this wrong information.
So i informed the same to policy bazaar partners and requested them to cancel the policy and refund. They requested me to buy a alternative policy for the same vehicle again and create a ticket for cancellation. As they said again i bought a policy and created the ticket for first policy cancellation. So far no reply. I called many times to their customer care. No reply on the same. Now i dont know what to do. They ruined my time by playing this. I don't know where to complain.
