My name is geetank and requested name change in 03/09/2018
I have spoken with yashika who had taken a request on name change as her. However i spoke to tata aig insurance directly today on 28/09/2018 and they confirmed no request has been taken from policy bazaar till yet. Yashvika who is a manager has spoken to me 5 times and was just fooling around the whole time i would like to make formal complaint
