I have purchased a second hand car from hariyana and registered in kerala. Before registraton, my insurace expired and i have purchased insurnce from policy bazar (New india assurance). While purchasing insurance, i have informed them that the name nad number changing to be done after car regisration in kerala.
After registering car in kerala, i have contacted policy bazaar (Before 13 aug 2019) and requested to process the necessary changes. I have provided all the requested documents on 18 aug 2019. And 60 rs payment done on 31 aug 2019 (After so many follow up).
As the process to be completed within two weaks, i wasn't getting any information regarding the above even after so many mail and oncall follow up. They were just extending the support date. Two weak before the policy expiration date, i have raised my voice at them by saying that i am going to give consumer complaint, so they pushed their team for vehicle inspection.
For vehicle inspection, i have payed 450 rs to that person. And i was expecting the new document before policy expiration date 28th november 2019 so that i can renewal the policy.
On 27th november i had talked to their executive, and informed them that the policy is going to expire on tomorrow. But he told that no need of renewal, that i can renew the same policy after the requested modification from policy bazar, i have reconfirmed this with him and i have the recording of that call with me.
As per the information given by them, this process should be completed within two weak but even after three months, i wasn't getting a support on this, now they are saying that this modification isn't possible. Even this made me to pay penalty on roads within these months because of not having the modified insurance documents.
I request you to consider my complaint, and take necessary action to get justice.

Please note that, it's been one month after initiating this complaint.
Without insurace, I can't drive my car in the roads. So i took another fresh insurance from outside (not from policy bazar)
I request to take action against polizy bazar and provide me a compensation amout for the problems i have faced due to their lack of support promised.
> The penalty/ fine I have payed to the RTO with or without Bills.
> The name changing process fee provided to them.
> The vehicle inspection fee provided.
> The communication charges, includes my voice calling, internet etc..
> The extra amount payed to get a new insurance rather than renewal.
> My precious time wasted to perform the follow up.
> Interest of all the above amounts
I request you to take action against policy bazar. and provide me a compensation amount which will be a lesson for them to support their customer without any complaints.
