Travel policy was taken for parents. Very upset with how this was handled.. Or rather not handled. 1st complaint policy was issued in wrong name. Kunwar was handling this. After this your company had no idea about the pre existing diseases that were selected during taking policy. Emails after emails were sent by me. No reply from [protected]@policybazaar.com. Travel is over. Thankfully i did not have to use the insurance.. As god only knows what i would have to go through. We travel a lot. And this was the first and last time i chose your insurance. If a company cant handle issuing policy the right way... What will be the situation when there is an actual claim to be submitted. Was this information helpful? | |||||
