Policy Bazaar — No update on the refund on Term plan bought through Policy Bazaar

I bought Max Life Term Plan through Policy Bazaar on 25th January. I made the payment of Rs 33, 977 on the same day as Policy premium. PB representative Mr. Rishabh told me that Policy will be issued within 4 working days after completing all the processes including Medical test. Medical test was done on 26th January. After that I waited for about 1 week but there was no update from PB. I started following up with the PB team over phone to know the status of the policy but every time they told me that it is under review. No one provided me proper reason for the day. Finally on 5th February, I got hold of some senior person Mr. Sujeet and he said that my policy is declined and I will get refund in 3-4 working days. I sent email for refund on the same day. In this week, I sent couple of emails and talked to multiple people but still no one had an update. Every time they promised that I will get a call back but I never got a call. Finally today, I got hold of Mr. Sujeet and he finally responded to my email which was sent on 5th February but there is no firm time given on when I will be getting the refund.
