Policy Bazaar — non receipt of soft copy of car insurance

I have paid a sum of rs. 5675.00 for insurance of my car regd no hr 01ab 3355 0n 13 sep 2019. I have not received the soft copy of the policy. My registered mobile no is [protected]. Kindly fwd the same on priority as i have to drive to chandigarh. The said amount has been deducted from bankers on the same day. But the requirement of soft copy of policy is urgent for my further movement to new place. Kindly look into it
