Dear sir, Almost 1 month passed and no update about the refund. The policy bazaar team is not taking the matter seriously now will have to escalate the issue in social media as well as to management of policy bazaar team. They be fool people while taking the policy and told us that you will get the refund in 15 days but till date no refund credited to my account and they are asking my account statement as a proof whether i m lying or not. The refund amount is rs 17767. Will not suggest any of my friend to take any sort of policy from policy bazaar. Highly disappointed with the services.
