Policy Bazaar — not issuing car insurance policy

I have made an online payment of rs.6751/- on 26 august 2018 for renewal of my car insurance
Now they are harassing me to upload the video of my car again and again
How can i keep on uploading the video again and again
It’s a trick to not issue the policy
Also they are not refunding my money paid them if they are unable to issue the car insurance
I am very harassed

I want reimburse my climes my policy no is[protected] my nwhical no od23c7349 . context meany person but noone get proper reapply .
he sed why make insurance by policy brazer. .there are two policy in my car . and take dubel many .so please do need fully
