Policy Bazaar — not providing policy status update | |
Sir, My policy of term life has been issued many days ago. I have been informed by aegon life representative. But i have not got any information by policy bazzar representative. I also not got my documents and medical reports of term life insurance yet. Policy bazzar is not doing his job. They only bothered how to sell policy to their clients and take money for policy. Policy bazzar representative never contacted to give updates. They also not bothered about customer satisfaction. Today i have contacted policy bazzar then a representative had talked very harsh to me, this is very bad service from policy bazzar. I want that policy bazaar should apologise for this incident. I thought i will suggest my friends and family to take police from policy bazzar, i also want to take car insurance and health insurance from policy bazaar but now i will never think again to purchase anything from policy bazzar. This will effect monetary loss to policy bazzar. I know policy bazaar has lots of customer like me, they will not bothered about this. But one thing i tell you dont disrespect to your customers, if you do then your policy bazaar will fall because customer has lots of alternatives in market.
