Policy Bazaar — Payment deducted Policy not issued more than a month | |||
I was renewing my motor bike insurance with policy bazaar on 20th of december 2020 i did a payment of 2205/- for the insurance of the bike along with 15 lakh accidental insurance cover for me the insurer was iffco tokio booking Id[protected]. i got a sms from policy bazaar on 20th dec 2020 at 08:27am stating that the payment of 2205 is successful for the purchase of your two wheeler policy. i logged in to my account there was no policy. i waited for a day still there was nothing reflecting i had asked for a callback from policy bazaar i never got the same and my current policy expired and i didnt have a fresh policy so on 21st december i placed a fresh policy from sbi and it was issued. after calling policy bazaar they informed me that the payment of 2205 was done but policy was not generated and a full refund will be issued but however i received only the refund for the accidental insurance cover for 15lakhs and have not received the payment done to iffco tokio for the insurance of my motor bike. its been a continuous follow up with policy bazaar and i am fed up with their delay tactics .
