Policy Bazaar — Payment made but policy not issued | |||
Hi, On 1st April I purchased a Health recharge policy of Max from policy bazaar, the agent told me payment is confirmed and that I will get the details in email in few hours. It's been 3 days I haven't received any information. The customer service team is also not responding to me. I have tried to reach out to them numerous times. Also I am not alone who is affected by such scam from Policy bazaar. Was this information helpful? | |||
