It is with much tenderness I have to narrate that the satisfaction level while working with Policy bazaar has been extremely unsatisfactory. I am not an employee of policy bazaar but a vendor who provides manpower to the policy bazaar.
Though I have never heard any god comments in the market about providing manpower to policy bazaar but still at my own risk, I sent one candidate who got selected in your organization.
While sharing the terms by Ms. Ekta, it was clearly mention that I can raise my invoice for the candidate after 45 days and when I did so, I was reverted that the payment will be made after the candidate has completed 90 days.
I did not do anything and was merely waiting for the completion of 90 days of the candidate to receive money.
After the completion of 90 days, I called up Ms.Ekta to enquire about my invoice but she never received any calls. I tried contacting reception was told that they cannot connect me as they have been told that they should not connect with anyone into the office.
I called up Ms. Ruchi in Finance and was assured that my cheque will be released but it was never done so.
Candidate Date of Joining- 12th May 2014
Invoice sent on – 19th May 2014
Completion of 90 days- 12th August 2014
Today 6th September 2014.
Please revert on the same or else I have to take strict action against you all.
