[Resolved]  Policy Bazaar — payment of 01-12-18 but policy not receiving or not refund the payment

I was made a payment of 01-12-18 to policybazaar for personal accidental policy of
36 staffs. But not yet received the policy or refund of payment, last one week
I complained against this but no one can’t gave the proper answer.
I will mentioned below of the payment detail and my mobile no. I need the policy’s copy
