I have renewed health insurance for 2 years for 18 months with no cost emi and their agent Mrs. Kajal Anthwal has told that it takes 24hrs to convert into no-cost emi.
Now I have got the whole bill.
I have been following up from 12 days they are just arranging the call and not giving the proper solution.
They are saying that now also you can convert. I then told them that you pay the interest then I am ready to do it.

I want them to pay the interest if I convert into 24 months otherwise give me whatever has been conveyed to me. Even if I pay the bill I need refund from them. Was this information helpful? |
Their customer support team is of no use.
They are just forwarding it to sales team and not giving any resolution.
