Policy Bazaar — policy bazaar | missing benefit provided from insurer | unpleasant service response

I have bought two covid kavach policies, it is very sad to say post receiving of policy (For reference one of booking id[protected], and there was an option from the insured side to avail hospital daily cash (Which was represented as "wise decision" in the policy).

But from policy bazaar why this option was not provided while availing in this policy? Believe this is not only for me but it might also include all of them who bought it!

Multiple times i have requested to provide the policy issue, but not received unless from insurer. It is a very unpleasant service since i have contacted multiple times and requested a call back from your supervisor/manager but not received yet.

Noticed, policy bazaar staff will be after to sell their policies but not the same response post buying the policy. Certainly, this causes unpleasant service!

Also very delay in issuing policies in need of this situation.
