Policy Bazaar — policy bazaar promised to provide roadside assistance but not providing documents | |
Always been a customer of policy bazaar. Took my auto insurance a few months back. Opted for an insurance which was providing road side assistance along with the yearly premium. But the agent told me as i am regular customer so policy bazaar will send the complimentary roadside assistance. But, after multiple follow ups there is no response. Its disappointing to see that some on promise something you will provide the add on but its not given. Employee id pw00531 name of the support agent is pankaj sharma.
