Policy Bazaar — policy cancelled successfully but not getting refund.

I booked 2 policy and cancelled one of them after confirmation from customer care. The policy is cancelled but I didn't get the refund yet. Every time they told I will get it in 5 days. And once 5 days completed again they drop an email on last days stating that it will take another 5 days. This is happening from more than 1 month. They even don't reply to my email. They even don't call me to tell the exact reason. I am really frustrated about this issue now. Policy number:[protected]
