Policy Bazaar — Policy not issued money deducted now 20 days

Dear sir. my term insurance policy -Reference ID:[protected], booking date is the 1st of August and now 20 days passed still not issued after money has been charged for the same immediately. I want to know the status if it will be issued or not issued. i am having great inconvenience because of this and there is no proper response from the customer care team and the one who persuaded for the policy.
