I have an existing policy for 4 wheeler.
I have renewed this policy again and the new policy no is - OG[protected]-00020287.
Details in the new policy are wrong like Vehicle No, along with other details too like manufacturing year, registration year. However all information is correct in the last year insurance policy taken from policybaazar itself.
Name, address, phone number details are correct and i have done the payment from my account that is also reflecting in policybaazar account as well as in my bank account.
I have contacted policybazaar customer care just after 2-3 mins of renewing policy online, but even after 4-5 days they are not updating policy. Also saying, this policy does not belong to you and refund and cancellation will not be processed, how come it possible?
Name of Insurer, address, mobile, email details are correct, moreover payment has been done by my side, it was renewed policy. Portal did not ask for anything while renewing policy.
Need help policybazaar team, else need to opt for other options of grievance redressal provided by the IRDAI. Was this information helpful? |
