Your service executive called me 20/10/2019 and asked me to send you my feedback about manipalcigna.
This are my feedback about the current status of their customer service:
1. I could complete the online payment for renewing my policy after almost one month from the date (Sept 15) i had send a request for revised premium for lower covered amount. I was almost planning to switch to some other insurance, considering this delay.in between i kept receiving calls reminding me about the policy renewal.
2. Online payment screens, passwords and feedback:
The first screen after you click: https://buyonline.manipalcigna.com/buy-health-insurance/makepayment, shows two items with star mark:
(2.1) proposal number - what is this proposal number; is it policy number or is it something else? No explanation.
(2.2) amount - what amount premium or sum assured?
(2.3) the receipt page has a download option. But the downloaded file needs a password, which is only known to the creator of website.
(2.4) finally your feedback system which is permanently having problem

3) after i renewed my policy on oct 15,. I have not received any communications from manpipal cigna.
