Policy Bazaar — promise not fulfilled - policy no sgp[protected]

I purchased one health policy of where policy bazaar team promise to give one 5000/- opd insurance free but not yet received.

I have complained via # pb11460610, #pb4742556 on dated[protected]
And # pb62251011 & pb66443001 dated[protected]. But no one responding

I m also going to lodge a complain to grievance team and consumer form
