[Resolved]  Policy Bazaar — re: continuous harassment from the policy bazaar and health assured team

Hi,

My name is anurag joshi. I want to register a complaint against policy bazaar for their continuous harassment, no response and not resolving my problem since last 2 months. I have called them, emailed them and now they are not even responding.

Series of events

1-i was sold a policy from akash keshav of your company for cigna health ttk in the month of april and i was given attractive offers to purchase this policy for my mother. He told me it will cost around 24k and later realize that the cost is around 27k. To provide additional benefit, he offered me 7k of the voucher every year for next 3 years from health assure which i can utilise in the bunch as well.

2- i have been calling from last 3 weeks to understand how to utilize the benefit, however, everyone has failed to provide the procedure and strangely they kept on the passing me from one department to another department. I have been talking to kavita and have failed to understand her she kept on checking with senior/ team and other employees and assured me a callback but they never came. The strangest thing here is that there is no complaint number i can raise on call and in a serious breach of trust they have not been mentioning my problem in the log.

3-i somehow, found out the way and contacted the health assured team and to my surprise, they tell me the voucher is for only 6.5k not 7k as informed by akash. Furthermore, after visiting the doctor, we were advised few tests mentioned below. When i requested the test, they tell me that it's beyond my credit limits as it was costing around 7-8k and my limit is only 6k after deducting the doctor's appointment.

4- i checked the price of the test from the same lab they are referring us and was shocked to learn that it cost only 3k for all the test including additional test. When i confronted the health assured team, they were failed to provide me a proper explanation and sent me back to policy bazaar and when i contacted policy bazaar they passed the buck to health assured. I later realized that it is nothing but a serious fraud is going on in both the companies and prima facie looks like a hand in gloves.

5. I have talked to the customer care of policy bazaar and now they are not even responding. This person name pankaj sharma has been writing me that they are unable to establish a connection with me despite saying that they can respond to email as well.

Below are the tests from ha credit vs an advertisement from yesterday's hindu paper. You can check and decide for yourself. This is nothing but exploiting the customers just because they have bought a health insurance from you guys.
1 credit =650 rs
Total credit for the tests are 10.15= 7k approx

My expectation

1- a complaint number has to be given to every customer to keep a track of his complaint.
2- either you shall charge me vouchers worth 3k for the test or i shall get it from the market and you reimburse me for it.
3- i shall see 30 credits in my accounts as provided by the sales team.
4-calls on already purchased number drops 4 out of 5 times, this needs to be resolved as well.
5- i want a team who is committed to their promises and expecting all the credits+action against those who did not do their job honestly.
