Policy Bazaar — Ref id[protected] Payment made but policy not issued

This with respect to my reference id[protected]. I have made payment for approx 19000 for comprehensive policy from policy bazar. All formalities from my end have been done. Everyday i call they tell me u will get update by evening and nothing happens. Its almost one month i have made payment. No action is being taken at their end. Kindly help get my refund back now
