I purchased car insurance from policy bazaar on 1st feb 2018. However within less than an hour i requested for cancellation of this policy. However policy bazaar asked for alternate policy document for cancellation of their policy. Even i provided alternate policy document, so they agreed for cancellation & send me email on 1st feb saying, i will get the refund by 14th feb. Meanwhile, i made many follow up calls & sent emails also asking for latest updates on refund. Every time they mentioned they can’t provide refund update but will be provided by 14th feb.in fact, i escalated the issue to customercare manager shehzad & amit, both of them are pathetically arrogant & non corparative. I asked them to provide. Cancellation terms & conditions of policy bazaar, which they didn’t provide by stating they don’t have such policies. My question is, if they don’t have such policies then why they asked for alternate policy document before cancellation. Later i requested for what is exact status of my refund, which they still didn’t provided it. Please assist me to get my refund of rs. 14, 464/- & also wanted to escalate this so that action should be taken against customer care executives. Was this information helpful? | |||
