Policy Bazaar — refund issue

Please help my name is kuldeep kumar ([protected]) and i am facing the same issue. Please help. They have no answers of my questions.

1) why they are not making the refund in same mode on credit card.

2) if all knows that the proposer name get filled wrongly than why they forcibly trying to make the refund on the same name.

3) they are asking for the bank account details or cancelled check for the named their of proposer. If it is already get filled wrong than how they can refund on the same.

4) all the scenarios are under the instructions of their agent and also make commitment for refund for the person making policy at that time.
