Policy Bazaar — refund issued - illegally try to refund in saving account | |
Dear concern, I am kuldeep kumar ([protected]) Please help i am facing continuous issue regarding the refund one of my policy cancelled by me (Booking id[protected]. The agent (Arun kumar) their who first made a wrong policy by giving wrong direction (Like new and not knows how and where to fill details) than ask for the another policy and his manager (Prashant) and sales deputy manager (Shailja charan) commit and said they will help in refund within 3 days (I have mail also she given in written) but now not replying and just not picking up my call. Respected departments are not helping also and giving a solution to my problem. The agent is arun kumar who made wrong policy and after making payments not picking up the call. His manager mr. Prashant and their sales dpty manager shailja chanran made various commitment for the refund at the time of making policies but not able to just reply of my emails. I make various calls with policy bazarr but no one taking my issue seriously. Please refund my money. I make two other policies policy number 11926000 and 11924093 with policy bazarr and i will cancel them just because of your support negligence and poor services. I have some questions please answer them also and if you are not able to refund i will take legal financial action against your company on the basis of that you are doing. Please answer my these questions. 1) why they are not making the refund in same mode on credit card. 2) if all knows that the proposer name get filled wrongly than why they forcibly trying to make the refund on the same name. 3) they are asking for the bank account details or cancelled check for the named their of proposer. If it is already get filled wrong than how they can refund on the same. 4) all the scenarios are under the instructions of their agent and also make commitment for refund for the person making policy at that time.
