Policy Bazaar — refund money because of cancellation of health insurance policy

I wanted to renew my old policy but policy bazar (Mr. Gaurav), issued me new policy and told me that he renew my old policy. Than i cancelled new policy, bolicy bazar team told me that the money will return in 10 to 15 days but still i don't get my money back. It's very bad experience with policy bazar..
