I had booked a 2 wheeler insurance with them but i wanted to cancel it so they asked me to book an alternate policy which i did.
I have been taking follow ups for my refund since more than 2 months now but they keep deferring it by asking for one or the other detail. Initially they asked me to share cancelled cheque which i didn't have. Then after multiple follow ups they said i can share my bank statement. On sharing they replied after weeks that cancelled cheque is necessary which i have shared 2 weeks back but still they keep asking for some declaration which i provided but again they're asking for cancelled cheque in name of insurer which is already there.
My ticket has been handled by almost 8-9 of their employees and everyone keeps stalling the refund. Their service is totally pathetic. Was this information helpful? |
