I was booked my car insurance policy online through policy bazar on 30/10/2019. But in the next day morning when i checked the status of policy on policy bazar portal, the status was reflected that your policy was not booked and refund of amount 4046 inr will be processed in next 3-4 working days. After the elapsed of time period i was contact to customer care three times but no satisfactory response received. Finally i had write email to their customer care but still my refund is not credited in my account. Please help.
