I have purchased a car insurance from you with policy no.[protected] with united India.As there was the issue with incorrect IDV and cubic capacity So as per your sales person suggestion I have booked a new policy with the policy number :[protected] with new india insurance, this also booked by your company. & your customer care said that the money will be refunded within 10 to 15 days.But I have been in mail and calls to your company from 1 months with no resolution.
