I have booked term insurance plan of MAX Life with policy bazaar application no[protected] & Max Life Application No:[protected] and at the time of booking the policy Max life application was allowing me to proceed with the pin code 401501 but after the payment and proposal form I am getting calls and your executives are saying that this policy can't be proceed because of pin code as it is not listed but its listed on the website then only i was able to make payment and my medical was also done few days back.
I got the same call yesterday and today that it cant be issued as well as medical cannot be done, but today your representative stated that policy cant be issued to my pin code but medical can be done to other pin codes.
Now to add to my misery the advisors who were available for the whole process until payment, have stopped picking up the calls.
Also a few days back I called the Max Life team and told them my pin code to the representative and was told that I am eligible for the policy. I have a recording of the same.
Regardless of the fact, why was I able to go forward with my application with the same pin code and complete the payment which now policy bazaar has issues with.
Also the refund of the amount for my policy has not been initiated by the policy bazaar since 28th of feb'22. Policy bazaar wants me to cancel my policy and put up a mail regarding it, instead of them cancelling the same as they don't find my documents in order and refund the premium paid.
